Should we, shouldn’t we – We’d been pondering about whether to get a new projection system to improve our quiz nights and garden club events for nigh-on two years. Our decision to “get off the fence” and finally have one installed was triggered by the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and the related weekend events that we were planning. We thought projecting a loop of local photos taken during the Queen’s reign during our tea party and art exhibition might add extra interest for the attendees. So, after much research, and a welcome grant from the Arts Council, we installed the “fixed” system shown above. It requires only two button presses to be brought into play, and can receive material to be displayed either wirelessly, on a USB stick or via a HDMI cable.
